Sussex is a new condo development by Townline currently in preconstruction at 6050 Sussex Avenue, Burnaby. The development has a total of 321 units.

An elegant, 41-storey, modern tower situated on the corner of Sussex Avenue and Hazel, a very central, convenient and walkable location, close to Metrotown, Central Park and the Skytrain.
