This is a great experience of buying a property at another city. My acquaintance with Ivan did not come through a friend’s recommendation but rather through an online search. Despite being in different cities, his professionalism, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and patience dispelled all my concerns, leading to a smooth completion of the entire process. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be when I submitted the security deposit. Due to being in another city, his company only accepted wire transfers and not bank drafts for the deposit, causing inconvenience and increasing my costs. As for Ivan’s service, I give it a 5-star rating.

The team who really took care of us from start to finish (and even up to now). We got Vince Chan as our buyer agent when we bought our first condo property about ten years ago. Then we reached out for his service again late last year when my husband and I decided to sell it in order to upgrade to a bigger place.
